Ryan Ward is an associate in our Boston office. He focuses primarily on later stage growth equity investments and buyout opportunities across all industries.

Experience:
Prior to joining Polaris, Ryan was an analyst with Harris Williams & Co. in Boston, where he worked on Mergers and Acquisitions for clients in various industries. Prior experience includes summer work at a boutique technology-focused investment bank in Boston and at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London.

Education:
Ryan received his BS, magna cum laude, in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Babson College. While at Babson, Ryan was an active member of the men’s rugby club. Ryan also participated in a summer session at the London School of Economics.
